World Ozone Day
Ozone is formed by the combination of three oxygen atoms. It occurs naturally and is also created through human innovation. Ozone acts as a filter for ultraviolet (UV) radiation that is harmful to humans and various living organisms.
Ground Level Ozone is mainly caused by human activities such as vehicle exhaust emissions or emissions from various industrial plants. Ozone at this level is considered air pollution that negatively affects the body and is also a greenhouse gas that increases heat on the Earth's surface. Simple ways to protect the ozone layer include planting trees, using public transportation, and reducing waste and disposal as much as possible to help protect the ozone layer, living organisms, and our planet all together.
Due to various natural impacts, Prozon Company Limited aims to support better solutions for various organizations by reducing the use of chemicals for cleaning, helping to provide safer and more sustainable cleaning and bacteria disinfection methods, while also helping to protect air quality and reduce wastewater discharge into nature by eliminating the use of fewer toxic chemicals
